Sales Tax: Shipments to Colorado will be charged 8.45% tax on total order. Foreign customers may be charged tax by their customs services.
Payment: I accept Paypal, Major credit cards and M0ney 0rders. All payments must be in U.S. dollars and payable through a U.S. bank. I do not take W-stern Union, w1re transfers or anything that requires me to pick it up, sign up for anything or disclose personal information.
Warranty: All items work perfectly unless otherwise stated and subject to the main item text. There is no warranty at all on "as-is items." I do not provide a warranty above what is stated here but if your item stops working within a short time of receipt I will do my best to reach a reasonable accomodation. If it stops working due to misuse or abuse then you are on your own.
I take no responsibility for consequential damages. I strongly advise you to test any gear, whether you buy it from me or from someone else, before vacations or important photo shoots.
Shipping: I normally ship twice a week, usually FedEx Ground for U.S. sales as it is economical, secure and provides a tracking number. Generally speaking, non-U.S. sales or small low value items for go USPS. Whenever practical, I pack items together to save you shipping costs. If you have particular shipping needs or need the item in a hurry please ask before bidding.
Packing Material: I believe strongly in minimizing packing waste so whenever possible I reuse boxes that are in good condition and always use clean reused fill material. I encourage you to do the same. I pack everything very securely; fragile items receive three layers of protection and tightly packed fill.
Ratings: I try to describe items so that you have a clear understanding of their condition. I dislike ratings systems because they tend to be either overly vague or else aim for an absurd level of precision; if one man's "8.24" is another's "9.3" then the rating is meaningless and serves only to create confusion.

Loss or Damage: I take no responsibility for loss or damage in shipping. I recommend insurance for U.S. buyers.
Non-U.S. bidders: Generally speaking I ship worldwide. Overseas shipping and shipping to Canada generally takes about two weeks so please be patient. Be aware that on small packages insurance is often unreasonably expensive and filing a claim can be difficult. I discourage overseas sales on large low value items. I do not ship to Indonesia or Malaysia without cash in hand. Sorry, no disrespect intended; these countries have very high rates of credit card fraud.
Non-payment/New Bidders/Bad feedback: I welcome bids from first timers but please familiarize yourself with ebay rules and procedures. Most of the problem transactions I have are with new buyers. Bidding on several items with the intention of buying only one of them is a big hassle for sellers, costs us money and can get you banned for life. Please do not bid unless you intend to buy. If you use Buy it Now to end an auction so you will have time to think about it or ask a question expect negative feedback.
I reserve the right, on a case by case basis, not to sell to those with feedback ratings below zero or with over 10% negatives. If your feedback is "private" do not even bid.
Returns: Selling used equipment some problems are inevitable. Most of the time that people report problems it turns out that they are using the item improperly. If you feel that an item is defective please report it to me within seven days. You may return non-defective items within seven days of receipt for a full refund less shipping. Returned items must be returned well packed and in the condition you received them. "As-is" items are not returnable.
